I have lived at 160 Riverside Blvd for 2 years and love living here. I grew up in NYC, so I have lived all over the City. This by far, has been my favorite place to live. Yes, it is overpriced comparatively to other buildings in today's economy, but I have no complaints about the services or amenities that I have received, and I have heard many complaints from other people in other so-called 'Luxury' buildings that pay less, but have more issues. Here are the positives below:

1. Free gym
2. Clean building and apartments. For example, no roaches...which I love, since I have lived in many so-called luxury buildings, but had roaches.
3. Fixes are done within the same day. For example, my dishwasher stopped working and was replaced within 24 hours with a brand new dishwasher
4. The staff is nice and highly helpful
5. Fantastic view of the river
6. Outdoor cafe is located right on the river, outside of Trump Place
7. Summer activities on the river that are geared towards families and young professionals
8. Not a dormitory
9. Free shuttle bus to express and local subways (1/9) in the mornings for commuters
10. Laundry in facility and in apts
11. Supermarket in building

If you are an outdoor type of a person, then this is where you want to be

Cons:
1. Over-priced
2. Far walk from the subway
3. Management is not that responsive
