I lived in 180 Trump Place a one bedroom apartment for 6 years. When i recently wanted to move to a 2 bedroom apartment which should be going for around 4200 and break my lease they bumped up the price for the 2 bedroom apartment to 5050 for month !!!!
They take advantage of you here and it is tough to sublease....You are better off at any other place in the city and rents here are $1000 more than the others.
They claim to have no places but brokers constantly call me up to say that places are available here.
Do not trust the building rental manager.
