220 Riverside Great

I have lived in 220 Riverside since its opening in 2003.
I have no real complaints.
Friendly staff, courteous white glove service, resident manager is responsive and pro-active in communications.
Low maintenance fee.
At the annual board meetings the only real complaints (from other residents) have been that their cars sometimes get scratched in the garage (note: a different management company handles this other than Trump), but that they universally receive adequate and timely compensation when this occurs.
You can choose to be as involved or reclusive as you wish here.
If you really want to drive yourself crazy with invented problems, as some neurotics with too much time on their hands inevitably do, you can do that as well.
As far as safety is concerned, it is unbelievably safe for how close it is to everything in the city.
The only (attempted) crime I ever witnessed or even heard of was some guy getting out of a van on 71st and trying to take a children's bike that was chained to a fence (he got back in his van and drove off).
That's why we have a bike room (and we're getting a new one).
Beautiful flowers await you as you enter every day.
24 hour concierge is there to assist in any way.
Yes, things could be better.
They always can.
But for this level, it does not get better.
