I've been living in the building for about 7 months now. It has been a wonderful place so far. I have a studio unit that is just the perfect size for me. The walls are thick so there is very little noise(except for the occational taxi horns outside, but hey that's NY). I highly recommend this location! Everything that you need is just a step away.
