The building despite the excessive maintenance fails to supply adequate heat to the building. The Board as well as management does not recognize that the shareholders have a right to establish their own heat requirments. The building fails to even provide minimum heat to the building so the interior always resembles a parking garage. The shareholders should be outraged and organize especially in light of the maintenance.

Issue maybe a floor or a certain unit. I have been living in this wonderful building for 5 years now. From my expereince and interaction from my neighboors, we have ample heat in the building. I am in the upper teen floors...again not sure if floor or units are the cause of his issue?

I live in the building as well and have been there over 3 winters. I have no idea what this review is about. My apartment, loby, and all common areas have never had an issue with inadequate heating. It is agreat building and a great find. I paid less than $700 a square foot in 2005. What a bargain for this A building!
