Stay a mile away from this bldg. The management is discriminatory, indulge in illegal accounting activities, and service in the bldg is horrible for a $3000 /pm rent.

I am curious to know what are the illegal accounting activities. I am having troubles with the management staff as well. They never answer the phone and they never return phone calls. I wonder how anyone ever moves into this building. Has anyone had similar experiences?

No I have not had similar experiences. The 'illegal accounting activities' as you call it was a mistake. One man who was well known and kind stole lots money from the bulding. The new manger caught him and had him fired. They where as kind not to press charges. I hate to tell you this in case you don't know this but people have family's and their life does not revolve around work. For example, the manager has a wife and kids. He doesn't even live in the city. Can you imagine that? I happen to know this because I am like a family friend to the poeple who work in the office.
