Noisy Building Disgusting Management

The management is appalling. Rude and nasty. Unhelpful and treats tenants badly.
Also, Lincoln Center has horrible noise and construction there. They are completely redoing the entire Lincoln Center area starting with Alice Tully Hall. The whole process is going to take several years to complete. Construction begins at 7am sharp every morning (including Saturdays) with large machines hammering and drilling away. Its unbearable!
