It is unfortunate that we did not find this website and these reviews prior to moving into this apartment building. In retrospect, we would have definitely steered clear of this place.

Most of the issues mentioned by previous posters has proven to be true. The construction noise seems to be a constant nuisance. Luckily, we have not yet encountered the "bad" management but maybe that is just a matter of time. Keeping our fingers crossed.

The one major issue that we have encountered is that they are renovating an apartment close to ours. My wife stays at home with our child and she says that she can smell paint fumes pretty much all day long. When I come home at night, the hallways completely reek of construction work. I cannot imagine this can be too healthy to live in, and that is a reason why my wife- with child, went to visit her parents for a few weeks.

We also just found out that the building is planning on completely renovating the lobby. The work is expected to start around this fall from what I have heard. I am sure that the lobby will look great once it is finished, but will be just another inconvenience during that time.

Knowing what we know now, we would have opted to move in to another apartment building. Hopefully this information will help you decide whether to rent here or not.

I disagree entirely. i have lived in this building for 2 years. i have a gorgeous view. It is a great place to live. The management is fantastic and everyone is friendly. It is a beautiful building with fantastic help. Everyone is so tight nit and the management knows almost eveyone by name andd apartment. There are even celebrities who live here. I say move in it is great. The only thing is that it is very expensive so make sure you have the money! It is even owned by the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. They seem like a great church but you could never tell that the building is owned by a church. I love this place.
