Horrible Management - steer clear...

Be very careful, valet/doormen are great but the building's management is awful. They are currently raising rents by 30% in older units so that they can renovate the building. People are being forced out and given no flexibility or regard.

In any dealings with the management office you will be treated as if you are a bother and not a PAYING tenant. The office manager never returns phone calls, doesn't put through paperwork and it takes on average 6 calls to her to get 1 task completed.

Due to renovations there is basically no hot water on average of 2-3 days per week from 10-4, elevators are randomly down, and the lobby is a mess.

Again - doormen/valet are wonderful, it's too bad the management is so terrible because otherwise this would be a great building.
