Terrible management, roof deck closed for the past year; broken elevators

Management does not care one bit about tenants; doesn't return calls, doesn't do what they promise...

The renovated apts are nice but overpriced. However if you would like to get to your apt, bring a book to pass the time. There are not enough elevators for the number of people coming in and out. One is always broken and/or gets shut down for only the construction workers to use. The service elevator is constantly turned off so essentially you can't get to the laundry room between 9-5.

Hallway and lobby renovations have been going on forever. It is so loud during the day that I am embarrassed when I talk on the phone. It's also very embarassing when friends come over since the outside looks like a war zone.

And don't get me started on the incompetence of managment. However, the doormen and maintanence crew are lovely.
