Perhaps the worst management in NYC

I'm so glad that I moved out of this building. The location is great and I really liked my apartment unit. However I the response and service from management was worse than from an angry taxi driver. When I complained about issues with my apartment, management said things were my fault and even doubted my claims. A retail establishment with the same level of service would be out of business after 1 month. I am sorry I didn't find this site earlier to warn you. Do not think about taking an apartment here.
