The management at this builing is completely incompetent, dishonest, lazy, stupid and disrespectful. I am so glad to have moved out of this building. I lived there for 2 years and dealt with construction for 90% of my time there including a massive lobby renovation as well as the remodeling of 2 apartments across the hall from me which was obviously extremely noisy. The hot water went off at least once a week and the drilling was nearly all day. Despite my complaints, nothing was done in terms of rent compensation and no sympathy was shown at all. Then I finally move out - so happy to not have to deal with them anymore- but only to notice a few days later that they charged me rent for the month of August and my lease expired july 31st!! Absolutely ridiculous. These people are awful. And the rent is also extremely overpriced for what you get. Pathetic gym that you have to pay for, pathetic rooftop, old appliances and floors. Please do yourself a favor and don't live here - it's so NOT worth it.
