i'm seriously considering moving out after getting a 19% rent increase, i.e. 2600 for an alcove studio. it's not worth it! the staff are generally very nice and professional, the gym is adequate (but not for bodybuilders/powerlifters) and neighbours are fine (except for the occasional headcases). i think it's a 80/20 building, but no real problems. location is not the best....traffic entering Lincoln Tunnel causes A LOT of noise and air pollution regardless of what floor you live on.
