When I first moved in I thought it would be great. I could only stay here a year due to the Cochroach problem. The area smells, the homeless people love to hangout outside and you can not sleep at night due to the fact that you are living on the lincoln tunnel. The management will not call you back for days and one is very creepy!!!! I also had a problem that our rent was raised $600. There are much better area to live in. The majority of tenants also seen to be LOW INCOME.
