Overall the building was a fine place to live. The people were friendly and the building was clean. The noise from outside is my #1 complaint. Their is no such thing as quiet...anyday, anytime. Another complaint which a lot of people seem to be speaking of is the huge resigning increase. My first year was 11%, this past year was 16%! It's sad when you can't afford to live ontop of the smelly dirty Lincoln Tunnel...times are getting tough.
