Latest resident manager has turned master thermostat down, so that individual heating units in apartments are not functioning until the weather reaches a ridiculously cold tempature.

I've lived here for the past 2 years and have also noticed this recently. This is RIDICULOUS!!! I think we need to all call in an complain. WTF.
