Three Star Hotel

I used the Victory for three years now as an apartment in the City to set up a Manhattan office. It works as a temperary shelter but not a home. I am now moving out.

I agree with most of the previous comments. Regarding the rate increases, I do not think they are unreasonable at all. This is a market rate building - not a government controlled babysitter. If you cannot afford it then do not move in.

They kept the rent the same for the next year at $2850 around $65/sq ft/yr. It is too much for the location where you often find human ---- and piss all over.

The Victory is close to Port Athority for easy transportation anywhere. Rudy from the leasing office is great.

The noise is dreadful due to honking, sirens and the constant construction in the area for 3 years now. Although much is stopped and an eye sore. The amenities are often closed and not too useful other than the gym - cost extra.
