Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008
We've lived there for 2.5 years.
Pros: 1) Good location, 2) One good leasing manager (Rudy), 3) Clean building
Cons: 1) Absolutely useless Resident Services - the company that takes care of all administrative and financial problems, 2) Dirty and polluted neighborhood, 3) Second lease manager is absolutely useless (Kenyata)
After we have already moved out, we've got incorrectly charged. It has been for two and a half month and our deposit has not been returned either.
In the current market there are plenty of nice buildings with competitive pricing therefore I would not recommend to live there. It's just too big of headache to deal with Resident Services.
