This is an honest review from an indifferent former tenant.

Living at Waterside was a series of disappointments. The construction was endless, the security is dormitory-tight, management was questionable at BEST, market-rate tenants get little for their money, and the apartments just aren't that nice. Period.

The water views from upper levels are nice, but if you commute via the subway, you'd better get out your walking shoes. The grocery store is filthy. We experienced a rodent problem on both the B and C levels of our building. Also, the access cards are irritating, and make the doormen a costly redundancy.

Be careful of the photos on their website -- they are misleading (if not comical). The kitchens we've seen are not nearly as nice as the site portrays. The asking prices for rental apartments, in my opinion, are grossly inflated.
