Great place to live in the city, but way too expensive From: alice8 Date posted: 6/17/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   I have been living in this place in a 1BR for the last 6 mos. Loved the location, has nice city and river views if your apt is located on high floors. However it is by the FDR and you will have lots of noise if your apt is facing to that side of the building. Maintenace is good, had no problems at all. Doormen are helpful and nice. Amenities are really great, but you will be charged extra for the health club and the pool, also parking is extra fee...Spacious layout, enough room for big furniture and reasonable number of closets. Clean and new appliances in the kitchen. The most amazing part is the outdoor space. You will have an amazing riverside place to get some suntan during the daytime or sip your cool drink at nites. Thee other dow side is it takes at least 15 min walk to closest train station.
