I have lived at WS plaza for about 9 years and I have to say the only thing I enjoy is the unobstructed view of the city that I have. The management, however, are complete indifferent to your concerns or problems. They are the stingiest, rudest and most incompetant management I have ever seen. I had a the Director of Rentals kick me out of the management office when I came down to ask for a guest pass!

Besides the horrible management, the apartments are falling apart; partly due to the fact that management will not maintain apartments rented by "rent-stabilized" tenants, in the effort to kick them out. My apt in the winter time averages about 50 degrees Farenheit and the heaters they installed barely do anything and cost $1.50 per hour to operate. I pay $3500 base for a 3 BR, which is a good deal compared to their listing of $6000, but by no means rent-stabilized prices.

That's rich! You have a below market rent and you complain? have you tried looking elsewhere in the city to see what 3500 gets you? I too have lived here 10 years (and pay nearly 6K for a 3 bedroom) but cannot agree that the apartments are all run down. As you well know, they renovated the plaza just last year. Where else will you get to park your car by yourself without fear of dents and scratches, walk to the gym in gym clothes on a cold winter day, roll over to the grocery store and dry cleaner and enjoy great views for this rent? Management may not be great but it is absurd to post such a negative review particularly when you have a special situation - I will trade your rent for mine anyday!
