DO NOT SIGN A LEASE WITH WATERSIDE. The will **** you after you sign and will unjustly take large portions of your securiy deposit when you move out. Be warned of electrical bills which for no reason will be triple one month and reasonable the next. Management is not nice once they have a lease signed from you!!

I completely agree. They have retained a company for electrical metering who are exteremely unresponsive. Getting unrealistic electricity bills and can not get anyone to help. When you sign the lease make sure to ask them to show you a history of electricity bills for the same unit.
