Nice but minor problems From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/22/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   The appartments are normal New York size. The kitchen and the bathroom are very old and need to be renovated. The people in the building are a mix and are generally not friendly. The doormen are horrible - lazy, snobby, unhelpful. The elevator is a death ride. The super is unhelpful and impossible to get in touch with. The walls are thin. The views and the location are great.
