Eh. Nothing Special For the $$$ From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/23/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   The walls are thin. Consider yourself fortunate if you don't get someone who's blasting their stereo late in the evening. Tennants are usually ok, no one is too friendly (except for the older ones). The doormen are generally nice guys. The super is impossible to get a hold of and often rude. When you move out, expect to get your security deposit refund between 60 to 90 days (!) Be very patient because the bookkeeper is a little slow with processing the checks. Stay on them!
