horrible, do not rent at the Wellesley, 200 East 72nd St. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/10/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008   Do NOT rent at the Wellesley. During the past month I have been trapped in my apartment during a fire in the building that does not have smoke/fire alarms and trapped in the elevator between the 32nd and 33rd floors. The building owners do not care about the safety of their tenants. This is what I get for $4000 a month' You can do much better.
