Think twice before renting here From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/4/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008   I've lived in this building for several years, and it has gone horribly downhill in the past year. If you can get past the fire issues, you should probably rent on a lower floor, because you will be using the steps to get to and from your apartment on many occasions. This building is by no means a bargain, and for similar rent, tenants should be able to get an apartment in a building with functioning amenities. In a place like New York where changing apartments is an expensive and onerous process, someone considering renting here should really consider other options.
