I just moved into a great 1BR apartment just newly renovated facing North on 72nd St I was told the windows were just replaced this last fall and are double-pained (definitely helps with the noise factor). The apartments are of good size and the staff in the building are very helpful. A nice amenity is that you have a washer dryer per floor, free gym and roof deck. This is a great residential neighborhood lots of shops and restaurants.

Overall, I would definitely recommend this building.
