I've lived at WET for 4 years and love it. You get a lot of space for your money, the doormen are great, and work orders are completed the same day. I never hear my neighbors and they never hear my stereo. There is a nice little park right across the street and no obstructed western view.

Within the building are dry cleaners, inexpensive parking garage, a full-size gym with swimming pool, and a great day-care center. All are operated separately.

Two downsides are that it's very windy in front of the building because it's right on the water and it's about an 8 minute walk to the subway, but the building provides a shuttle bus every 15 minutes during rush hours.

I wish I didn't have to leave!
