75 West End Avenue is a great place to live. However, my girlfriend and I will be forced to leave because management has not been able to resolve a two-year music dispute between ourselves and our neighbor.
We have sent 4 formal letters of complaint to the management office as forced to call 311 because the noise in our bedroom has become unbearable. I would think twice before I trust any mention of this place having a comfortable noise level, or even a good policy towards noise complaints.
