Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2004
I have been in West End Towers for almost 6 years and have experienced almost 100% total enjoyment. With our little park and now a dogrun (a little small, but it's a start), sometimes it's easy to forget that you're in New York City. There have been very few problems, an occasional noisy neighbor, but nothing insurmountable. The staff especially has been been superior to any where else I've lived and the management has finally hired a manager who has a clue how to run a building. You go Jay!! My only complaint about the building itself is the constant problems with the elevators in Park Tower. But in a large apartment building those problems exist. Otherwise, I recommend this building to anyone I know looking for a little bit of uncity city living.
