This building is pet friendly. This means it is overrun with dogs. You can have as many dogs as you want and let them do whatever they want, dirty the halls, the sidewalks, the "park" in front of the building. If you don't have a dog, you have to put up with the filth. There are too many dogs in the building, and no way to control the owners. Also, there is a general air of sloppiness and lack of caring on the part of management. The staff does their best, but management is too busy trying to keep nuisance tenants happy, and driving away good tenants.
