The upsides to this building are that it's dog-friendly, the apartments are spacious and offer great views, the doormen are super nice, and the gym is excellent.

However, I've had my laundry stolen three times and there are way too many questionable residents in the building. As for the neighbourhood, it's bleak, windy and the dire lack of decent grocery stores means a trek to Whole Foods/Fairway is the only option.
