Pros include that it is relatively afffordable, okay service, good gym and very nice doormen

Cons: Way too isolated, my apartment constantly smelled like butchered meat (don't know if that was because of the Western Beef below or my neighbors), too many kids and pets (which is okay except it becomes very noisy)

Overall, I would have looked to find another place in retrospect mainly due to the fact that the distance to a subway line was too long and so few restaurants in the immediate area, but I don't leave with a bad taste in my mouth. But for the cost conscious, its worth a look.
