My roommate and i enjoy our apartment and the friendly neighbors. However, currently, they are constructin a building next door and we are awaken by the jack hammer, crane, and bullhorn. The noise is annoying and uncontrollable. We have complained to 311, but we doubt something will come of it. Who knows when the construction will end' I do NOT recommend this place for people with babies and people who sleep in past 7am. Othewise, I like the ammenities and friendly doormen.
