The building is out of the way and there is nothing around. No food or bars or anything, almost like living in the suburbs. Except that its the noisiest place ever. The Amtrak train blows its horn every morning at 7:30 am and now there is major construction, that starts at 6 AM! With all the noise and nothing neighborhood, the rent is pretty high. But compared to what you would get elsewhere in NYC, your dollar goes pretty far.
