No Elevator - Take the Stairs!

One of the three elevators in the City building of 75 West End has been broken for 3 months, all summer! Prepare to wait long stretches for the elevator in the morning and evening, and then have it arrive filled with bikes, kids, suitcases, etc. The building has deteriorated over the past several years. It's overpriced for a low class environment. Take the stairs!
