Nice Building, but I too had problems

I have lived in West End Towers for over 5 years. I started in one apartment and had no problems at all, not one, for 5 years and never heard of anyone having a problem. I recently moved into the Park Tower and had a fairly unsettling problem with roaches. The building has actually been very helpful over the past few weeks in helping us manage this issue. We have had a couple maintenance people offer to help in anyway possible and the building has a regular exterminator that come in weekly. I enjoy living in this building because I find the staff helpful and the apartments have great views. The apartments are offered at a great value for the neighborhood and NYC in general. However, if you have extra money for an apartment i might look elsewhere.
