Rude, Dirty, Construction noise

The doormen are rude and make coming and going for residents a true ordeal. Also, the block is very dirty due to the grocery store next to the bldg. Garbage is always blowing in the street, it is disgusting. There is construction outside that starts at 6:30am, it is VERY loud. They will not tell you this when you sign the lease.They will make it seem like it is not a big deal. Also the construction workers can easily look in your windows, there is no privacy.
