Almost luxery for half the cost

I have lived here for 2 years and highly recommend it. If you so not wish to walk through the projects, you don't have to. There is a free shuttle in the mornings and evenings to Columbus Circle, nice doormen and the building is full of great people. I have a 1 year old son and there are 2 daycares to choose from. One is accross the street on 64th and the other is next to the building. There is a drycleaner next to the building that you can drop off with the doormen on your way out and they will deliver to the building the next day. There is a Crunch fitness in the building (Extra cost) that is not Luxury, but nice and has a pool. The location is also VERY QUIET. I am on the 4th floor facing the construction/River and never hear a thing. For all of this and a spacious 1 bedroom with about 650sqft I pay $2200/mo. I know that for this same building anywhere else in the city you would be paying over $3k. There are 3 closets, decent sized kitchen and if you are looking for something with more of a luxury feeling without the luxury price I would highly recommend it.
