I'm well into my 3rd year living at 75 WEA. It is NYC's best kept secret, especially if you have a dog and love the outdoors. Being far from public transportation (you always have the bus), I consider this just another one of many amenities here because it keeps the neighborhood quiet, aside from the construction which is temporary. There is very little retail here, another amenity in my opinion. You can easily walk to Broadway or Ninth Avenue where you will be spoiled. There are occasional malfunctions with the elevators but they get a lot of use since many tenants have dogs. Both the management and staff treat me like gold and respond almost instantly. No, I am not management, just a happy and honest tenant.
