I have been here for six months without a hitch. The staff is efficient and friendly. I live on a higher floor and there is little noise except when it is very windy or my neighbor's dog is going beserk about someone in the hall.The gym is good (not great), but has a lot of classes and some fine trainers. Big pool and sauna. Laundry facilities can be a little jammed if you wait until Sunday. Usually easy to grab a cab out front.
I use the garage every day and really like the guys. Andres is efficient, courteous and seems to keep things running smoothly. Even during the crazy construction, my car was waiting every day. The evening team always greets me pleasantly, asks about the day and seems engaged. No complaints here. lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji

I have been here for 7 months facing the park and day time the noise if off the scale, construction of near by building is incredibly loud and will not stop any time soon as more buildings are on the way. The building allows music students and other artists to play loud music the whole day and the doorman will do nothing about it as the management allows it. I hear loud music on my apt from 3 floors below it is insane. The park is full of screaming kids from 3 near by kindergarten and the projects cross the street, and as early as 5 AM barking dogs wake up the entire square. If this is not enough, the management is upgrading every unit that comes up on the market and as you can guess that is more noise all day and strange enough even as late as 2 AM even if the doorman deny it, placing the fault on neigh-boors, yet how strange that the neigh-boors should make "construction" noise at night. As there are 350 units per tower you can guess how long this upgrade will take, I would say years. The laundry room is filthy, and I have seen people sorting their dirty clothing on the folding counters many times. If that is not enough the building is full of screaming kids and dogs not to mention a larger then usual low income resident population. As it has been mentioned in another post truly a project with doorman. PS the noise from the avenue is also loud especially when the garbage tracks arrive at night and do the round of the square and the near by projects. Added bonus in the spring/summer seasons are the singing birds from the park as early as 4:30 AM.
