Best location on the UWS. Nice quiet street, Amazing roof deck. Brand new kitchen and bath. Very helpful staff. Concierge on site. Very inexpensive well stocked fitness club with racqetball courts and a small basketball court. I see no reason to pay $1400 psf to buy when i can rent here and get everything

Wow this comment just stinks of landlord astroturfing...right down to the trite GiantsFan55 username. It reads like a freakin' newspaper ad. If you want it to be believable, I'd recommend giving more detail than quick mentions of "amenities". HOW is the staff "helpful"? What does the concierge do for you? Your lack of any criticism at all is what gives you away the most. Is there really nothing about the building you might warn prospective renters about? Also, I'm pretty sure no one is going to buy your statement that West End is a nice "quiet" street.
$1400psf to buy an apartment in the area is a gross exaggeration, especially in today's shaky sales market. There aren't many people in the world who see renting from a notoriously poor management company as a bonus over owning their own home.
This review is just insulting.

WoW anonymous seems awfully obsessed and angry. Checked your blood pressure lately? This building isnt perfect by any means. Not as good as the review, not as bad as ANONYMOUS says. I have lived in a few different rentals in NYC, this is one is one of the better. IF WEST END isnt quiet for NYC try Broadway or Third ave.

There is no way that this review is real. If you look at the reviews, there has been a constant negative trend...and for a good reason. The first response to this review is dead on, and as someone who has live in NYC rentals for over 10 years, things should be A LOT better for the price!

Anyone who is interested in renting at this location should go see the building for themselves. The location is terrific, the staff is helpful and responsive. There is a great gym, roof deck, valet and onsite parking available.
