Allen Medows Apt were nice apt at one point. The management has gone down hill and the buildings are falling apart fast. Mold is a major issue and there are also concerns reguarding the structure of the facilities. Flooding is a major issue. The parking lots are never salted and the side walks are shoveled but most of the time after noon. On the weekend's they may not be shoveled at all. This complex needs some remodeling to bring it back up.
