Poor staffing including Managment. Reluctant to help service residents and overall displayed poor managment.

Parking was somthing that was always an issue unless it was in the middle of a weekday. Parking lay out was also inconsistent and cluttered which led to an array of vehicle damage in resident and guest parking.

Housing seems very "unkept" and outdated. Thin walls resulted in poor insulation for top, mid, and basment level apartments hiking up utilities and a very permanent sound travel throughout aprt. building. Basment apartments seem like they need to come with a dehumidifier. Overall interior was very cheap. Including poor carpet, gaped windows, uneven walls and window sills and problematic locks and door handles.

Rent was raised at contract renewal time.

hiking up utilities???? was your light escaping? cause heat and hot water are included.
