noises heard clearly, lots of noise 24/7
grounds have garbage almost all the time,garbage inside in halls, not cleaned often
not secure buildings people hang out in storage/laundry rooms that dont live here

No complaints I've lived in Allen Meadows Apartments for more than three years and I've never had too many complaints. Maintenence was a little sketch the first couple of years but this year it has improved greatly and a lot of improvements have been made in the buildings, new furnaces

Clay Court Gang If you like gangs of noise drunk people out side all night till 3 am yelling profanities and coming up to you in the apartment parking lot then this is the place for you. The apartment its self is nice and the 2 bedrooms plus den are nice and large. The cops are at leaste here 4
