I lived here back in 2004-2007 and had an overall very favorable experience. While I did have the occasional trouble (extremely loud upstairs neighbors), every dispute was handled in a professional manner. The management was very responsive and helpful. Since it was the first time I'd been out on my own, I had a lot of questions. The manager took her time answering and explaining everything. Whenever I had an issue, it was taken care of. The pool was always clean and well-maintained, and the price was exceptional. I would rent here again without question.
