I moved up to orchard park from a very small town with just my 3 year old daughter. I feel very safe at big tree, and anytime I need help i am able to find it. The apartment is big and spacious, and usually quiet. There is a pool, and a basketball court down the road at Armor Heights that we are able to use, but they are not as well kept as the actual apartment grounds are. Overall, I would recommend living at Big Tree Manor to anyone looking for a nice, quiet, safe and affordable home.
