Good things first...relatively quiet, and the grounds are beautiful.

However, this place is way overpriced for the quality of the apartments. There are plenty of apartment communities in OP that are much cheaper and MUCH nicer than this one (Quaker Estates, Regency Court, Village Square). The walls are cracked, the heaters are unbelievably noisy, the laundry facilities don't work correctly (and are the most expensive coin-ops I've ever used). The windows, although brand new, are almost impossible to lock without several people helping you, and are very drafty in the winter. You cannot use multiple appliances in the kitchen simultaneously (ie. stove and toaster) without blowing a fuse.

As mentioned in the other review, it is indeed hard to get maintenence requests in, and there were several times when I was asked to fix things myself. After locking myself out of my apartment just moments after the office closed one evening, it took 4.5 hours for someone to come let me in! Maintenance is not on site daily!! Snow removal is virtually nonexistant in the winter, and the parking lots become quite treacherous and most of the parking spaces disappear under snowbanks requiring you to have to park in other lots and fight for space.

Rents raise by an unbelievable amount each year, although they say they offer no increase if you renew...if you read the small print, you realize that they ARE going to charge you more.

So, I urge you to check into the other apartments that I recommended, but go ahead and live here if you have plenty of money to blow on a not-very-nice apartment, are a handy man, and own your own snowplow.
