Although an older community, the upkeep & picturesque location are terrific! There was always a commitment to improvement by the ownership, but the new management shows a clear improvement in customer service & a visible presence on the grounds & a quick response to maintenance requests. The property has been upgraded with new kitchens, improved lighting, & landscaping improvements. We looked at some of the newer apartments in the area, but they couldn't compare to the huge rooms at Green Lake & our townhome with a basement.
With new social activities planned, these apartments feel like a suburban neighborhood.
