the owner has high turn over of workers. very over priced units. everything is out dated windows,havc equipment,grounds are in bad shape.i needed srceens and the office told me i had to buy them myself. and the new kichten they are putting in i was told if i wanted it my rent is going up. the new maintenance supervisor is bad. he is never around to do anything.the painter is slob and very bad.they rehired bad helper how doesn't know nothing. that's is the main resaon i'm leaviing this dump.
